This item includes 1.5 ounces of loose leaf tea and 5 complimentary disposable tea bags.

Brewing Instructions:

1. Scoop 1-2 tsp in a tea bag or tea strainer.

2. Boil water.

3. Pour water over tea until fully submerged. 

4. Steep tea 3-5 minutes or for a stronger brew 5-7 minutes.

5. Enjoy tea as is or with honey and lemon.
